After finishing cold and hot tests, the plant is operated and commissioned at full capacity.
   After operating the sections one by one, the plant is operated by loading material completely. The observation is done, with respect of whether any machine or equipment is malfunctioning when required capacity is reached. Under this conditions the plant is operated for 2 days at full capacity.
